We have changed the divisions and the number of trophies.
Format: Two Divisions, WSCF K5 and WSCF K12. 5 round Swiss, G30 or G25, d5.
Rounds 10:15, 11:30, 12:45, 2:00, 3:15 Awards: 4:30.
Awards: Three individual Trophies per division, medals to all.
Entry: Register and pay in advance at www.wisconsinscholasticchess.org. $25 by Sept 20, $30 by Sept 27 and $35 by October 4. Onsite registration is $50 before 10:15. After 10:30 on-site registration players will need to pay full price to enter the museum and then $40 WSCF entry fee. DW ticket windows open at 10:00 am on Sundays.

Registration: Register and pay online, check-in and onsite registration for round 1 will be open from 10:00 am to 10:30. Museum Doors will open at 10:00 am. !
Conflict with Milwaukee Marathon: This race begins on this day in Grafton at 7:30 and ends in Veterans Park north of Discovery World. Some racers may be finishing between 9:00 and 10:00 when chess families are arriving. Hence parking demand may be increased. We advise you to arrive by 8:30 or 8:45 to find a parking space and then be able to enter DW at 9:00 when it opens. This early entry will help get our tournament started at 10:15. For information about garage parking please call DW.
Parents, Children (non-players) and Coach Entry: Our agreement with DW is that every player pays for entry via online registration for the tournament or with onsite registration at DW (WSCF pays DW). Any child under 17 not playing will need to pay a $10 entry fee. Parents, Coaches, and adult volunteers will pay $14. In both cases, this is a $6 discount off regular DW admission price. Purchase entry wrist bants at the WSCF registration table between 9:00 and 9:45. After 9:45 these tickets will be full price at the DW ticket windows. Everyone associated with the tournament will need a wrist band. Pre-registered and paid players will receive their wristband upon check-in. Please plan! Parking will be a challenge and getting to the registration table between 9:00 and 9:45 will be a challenge.
