Led by veteran chess club coach Cathleen Pollack, the Morse team placed first in K7 and K12 in the new WSCF State Chess Championship at the Kalahari. Congratulations to all the winning teams:

A total of 118 players met in the Waterpark Capital of the World on April 11th to compete in the new WSCF State Chess Championship. This year featured a new format with grade-based divisions: K3, K5, K7, and K12. Well done to all the individual trophy winners in each division, and thank you for your participation to all the players who competed at the new WSCF State Chess Championship!
